Prefabricated Buildings: Making Use of Prefabricated Buildings
Prefabricated buildings are sometimes called modular buildings and they are made by a number of manufacturers for a number of uses - including portable classrooms and offices and temporary shelters. Manufacturers will generally ship either prefabricated buildings in their entirety or in pieces that can quickly and easily be put together on site. These buildings are made from the same materials as regular buildings, but are specially designed to be assembled and disassembled easily.

Prefabricated buildings can be purchased or rented. Larger construction companies will often buy prefabricated buildings along with other basic equipment in order to save on rental costs. This is because prefabricated buildings have so many uses on construction sites that they are used quite often. If you decide to rent prefabricated buildings, do make sure that the company you are leasing from will arrange for transport and will do any maintenance on the buildings. Also, make sure that any prefabricated buildings you buy or rent are appropriate for the climate you will be working in. You may need heating, indoor plumbing, or extra space for a job. Choose carefully to make sure that you get the prefabricated buildings that you need.
